One week and counting!

Next Sunday at this time I will be in a 747 somewhere over the Pacific heading to Tokyo, Japan on the first leg of my journey to the Philippines! I will land in Tokyo around 6:30pm local time and I spend the night there and fly on to Manila the next morning. I will arrive in Manila after lunch and have to spend the night again. The next day, Wednesday, June 28th, (I lose a day on the way in) I board a plane for the short flight to Cagayan de Oro City where I will finally meet Kathlene in person!

I will spend thirteen days there and fly back to Manila on July 10th and leave for home the next morning and thanks to the international date line, I will land in Nashville the same day at around 5:30pm! (even though I will spend close to 20 hours in the air, not counting changing planes and waiting in the airports!

I am so excited about this trip I can't stand it! I know God is going to do some amazing things while I am there! And perhaps the greatest thing of all is the STRONG possibility I will return a MARRIED MAN ! ! ! Sometimes I cannot believe all that has happened in the past few months and I KNOW it has all be guided by God's hand!

I know there is a lot more I can say, but I need to get some more stuff done and get to bed at a decent hour. Besides leaving next Sunday morning, I have three shows this week! One Thursday, Friday, and Saturday!

I think by the time I get on the JAL plane Sunday afternoon, I should be able to sleep a big part of the trip!

There are internet cafes all over the Philippines, so I should be able to post some updates once I am there as well.
